Shipping Policy

Orgezz ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.

Shipping rates

United States: free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase.
Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand: $9.99 flat rate, free on orders of $79 or more.

Some electrical products (IPL hair removal devices and the automatic hair curler) currently ship to the United States only, because they come with a US plug.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Estimated delivery time

7 to 15 business days after shipment, for all destinations.

These times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and the carrier.

Import taxes and duties

For orders shipped outside the United States, local import taxes or duties may apply depending on your country's rules. Unless they are shown and charged at checkout, they are the customer's responsibility.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package does not arrive within the stated time frame or arrives damaged, contact us at contact.orgezz@gmail.com and we will resolve it quickly (reshipment or refund).
