Returns & Refunds Policy

At Orgezz, your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it.

Return conditions

Items must be unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except when the item is defective or we made an error.
No restocking fee is charged.

How to return an item

Email our customer service at contact.orgezz@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you return instructions within 48 hours.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund you to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Defective or damaged items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us right away at contact.orgezz@gmail.com with a photo of the product. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
